Negative: I have no friends. My friends all suck.
Positive: I can make new friends. I am easy to get along with. Negative: I do everything wrong, and I always say the wrong things. Positive: I am learning. I do some things very well, and many things the right way. Sometimes I make mistakes, but I learn from them. Negative: People don't like me. Positive: Some people will never like me. The right ones will love me. The ones who see me and appreciate my uniqueness. Negative: I hate so many things about myself. Positive: I have many beautiful and wonderful traits. I am working on my weaknesses. Negative: I am weak and pathetic. Positive: I am learning how to be strong. Life is making me stronger with each new experience and challenge that I overcome. Negative: I have a long way to go. Positive: look how far I've come Negative: I attract all the wrong people. Positive: I CAN attract the right ones, if I change the scenery.
