I have just found out that someone who has caused me nothing but emotional pain for the last 4 years has to move back to her hometown which is not even in the same country.

I know I shouldn't feel relief (especially because of the reason she has to move,) but I do.

it makes me happy to know that I'll never hear from her again from november 10th- and while it's still a long time, it is something to look forward to

I did really good handling the dead car battery situation. My new med seems to be helping a lot with my anxiety. I'm just so cold all the time and its really annoying. I never get overheated. I never sweat. But currently I'm under 3 blankets and I'm wearing a giant hoodie blanket with the hood up and I don't have my fan on and I'm just now starting to get warmed up. I'm unusually exhausted too despite the 9-11 hours of sleep I've been getting.

I was thinking, @Mountaindewed, would it be possible that you might have an iron deficiency in your blood?

@Breaking Dawn I get those types of blood levels tested every 4 weeks. I'm going go on Tuesday morning before my trip to get the lab work done. Normally my blood work is either normal or high but it does seem like an iron deficiency this time.

I can't say I'm coping very well today so far. I'll keep trying.

I'm coping today by listening to music - Spotify. I pet the cat and ate, didn't put on any makeup. Screamed to my guardian angel to help me out. Prayed some real prayers and made up some of my own. Went out with my Mom and scheduled a job interview (which my Mom did not like but hey at least I'll see some people out in the world this way).

Coping just fine today, a few bumps along the way (thanks work!) but nothing major, sending hugs to anyone struggling today.

I went to the gas stations and therapy. I wasn't really productive in therapy and I feel bad. My anxiety was bad but I seem to have it mostly under control. I was really tired all day. Which is why I couldnt function in therapy. Now my stomach just hurts and its been hurting all day and nothing is helping. I've tried all my stomach meds and tylneol. I think its just from dinner last night. I've had a couple meal replacement shakes so at least I've had something. I guess today I tried as best I could.

So hot here, it’s lovely to have proper summer weather but we have to shelter indoors much of the day - I’m coping by getting out early in the morning when it’s cooler.

I got out of the house again and got some stuff I needed from the grocery store. I just don't feel very good and I think it may just be my eating habits. But I know eating also makes me feel sick. I'm also more tired then usual. I used to sleep really crappy and now I have maybe one or 2 bad nights and then the rest of the nights I'm sleeping 9-11 hours. My regular dose of melatonin is working and it didn't used to. I took a 2 hour nap from 11:40AM until 1:40PM and I just feel foggy. But I took all my meds as prescribed and I didn't even take the ones yet that made me tired. I go for blood work the day I leave my trip. My moods are fine. My anxiety seems to be connected to my eating habits because once I legit eat it disapears. So I don't know. I hope my vacation distracts me.

I (we, because, you know, I've got the voices) listened to Santana, great music! I did some reading on the internet about the temporal lobes. And being here helps a lot.

I went to the office in the morning, which helps. I work from home sometimes but I feel better being around other people.

I saw a cardiologist in the afternoon to look into why my heart rate is so high. Didn't really get any answers yet. I'm wearing a heart rate monitor for a week.

Hope you’ll get some answers soon and that the monitor is okay to wear.

So far it's not too bad. But I wish I had more energy. I'm using distraction to cope.

I was very tired from lack of sleep and also anxious from the can of coffee I had. After I took my second valium and my Prestiq at 11 I layed down for a bit. Then I drank a Mountain Dew at 12:30, and took my last valium along with my zofran at 1PM and I'm feeling much better now. I kinda just have to balance everything around when I don't sleep good and need caffeine. As for food I ate a decent breakfast and a good brunch. The rest of the day was not so good but I did have some tea. I have got to get officially checked for an egg allergy my mouth is still numb from the scrambled egg I ate an hour ago. Overall I didn't do too bad.

Thanks.

The heart monitor is poorly designed. It would work for men or flat chested women, but doesn't work for large breasts at all. It will stay on during the day, but at night when I sleep on my side, my breasts move and it peels off. So they won't have any data for when I am sleeping.
