What to say about my emotions. I am explaining what emotions mean to me. Emotional regulation starts in the agymalda but inwardly we are able to control aspects of how we interact with the emotional pull we have. Never think it is all over because we have much more to come in life. Out experiences shape us bet never get the better of us. Remember to keep fresh and enjoy the little things as much as possible.
Mel is outta here.
