Hello, Interrupted Girl here.
I’m creating this thread because I’m having a bit of a crisis, every aspect of my personal life seems to be crumbling down. I don’t know how to find motivation to function on my daily bases... If anyone here needs support just like me, this is the thread to do it.

Can you analyze the areas that are crumbling & figure out what changes you can make/actions you can take to remove yourself from those situations? Sometimes support that works the best is the support that helps us analize what is going on. My T helped me the most doing this
