So I saw my maths teacher the other day whilst I was walking to class after going to the bathroom. I looked at him opened my mouth but nothing came out it was like in that moment I couldn't even think straight it was so upsetting. I feel so awful because I really wanted to talk to him but now I'm overcome with fear how can I overcome my fear of talking to him? I just wanted to say hi I felt so defeated and upset with myself I cried last night to sleep.

I think I won't worry about it. I doesn't matter I'll just focus on my family and my friends. I think letting go is the best thing I can do about this.

Why do you want to talk to your Maths teacher so much? And why you were unable to do it?
I don’t understand.
