Now that my anger is residing, I am meditating and doing yoga, I have an almost constant feeling of sadness. It doesn't criple me, but it's starting to feel heavy. I don't really know what it's about. Perhaps my abandoned inner child crying. The other day I cried for her, the child I was.
Anyone here gone from anger to sadness? Any tips?

Sometimes when I'm angry, I feel so guilty about it because I wasn't allowed to get angry as a child. Lately, I've been jumping on a rebounder trampoline to settle my anger and to ground me.
As for the sadness, I make a point of taking the time to let it out in private - I cry. If it goes on and on and on... I assess for depression. |
