Next part of my journey it took me doing about half of my course or something to realise I didn't want to work in a hospital but wanted to give people health solutions but without all the big pharma side effects. Tutoring for maths my english I'm comfortable with. My journey up to now has been very hard as I had extra stuff on my plate impeding my learning ability. Sometimes I even had issues with lecturers because of my ADD it's been hard when your not apart of the neurological adapted folk but a neurodivergent which is how I see myself. It took me ages to learn how to manage ADD with lifestyle changes a big one is milk and dairy products are a poison in particular with bloat lethargy and attention problems. I consider myself lucky that I don't respond to ADD meds they ruin your heart and give you extra anxiety. I do thank the teachers in the past that told me how to improve ADD through diet but it would take me ten years to realise that his advice was a holy grail. Anyway I'm more at peace with my journey because I feel like I know myself a lot better and found with my natural talent of nature is best for me in the health sector. I do thank all that training tho because there's lots of things I learnt from every course.
