I was looking in the dbt book and I got to a page where I wrote down my violent intrusive thoughts and it's just so odd how it changed from violent intrusive thoughts to obsessing and fearing being single forever. I've noticed that with ocd you tend to obsess about things you don't want to happen. Like it's just so wild to see that in the past I had violent intrusive thoughts about my neice being harmed and it's hard to believe that I forgot about those thoughts. It just makes me wonder when I go to the next topic to obsess about will I forgot about this thing that I've obsessed about that hurts.

I used a DBT app on my phone and have found it very helpful.
