Today, I decided to look at my BMI like I do sometimes but there's an exercise calculator on a live lighter website and I realized that my biggest problem is sitting down for many consecutive hours. Like it's fine to do 7 hours a week but compared to all the hours I sit in a week it barely even makes a dent. I realized that it's my lifestyle that makes me feel so depressed. I know looking like a whale is sad but also not doing nothing just being on the phone is gonna psychology damage my brain. Humans were never made to sit so many hours consecutively. So I've decided to put alarms every one hour to move during the day. I lost 1 kg so far since taking melatonin it barely even makes a dent in my BMI but it's a start I just never want to feel so angry at myself ever again for failing on me.

I have a Fitbit watch that tracks my steps and reminds me to move. I like it and think I move a bit more because of it.
