So, I had the impression that my modem was in this month to month prepaid right then I realized it's not but that would take three calls and countless visits to Optus to find that out and not to mention the run around just to cancel it. Apparently you can't cancel it in store so when I tried to cancel it five weeks ago it just kept on adding in the end I pay $122. So now I'm low on funds and feel completely mislead and stupid for the guy giving me the impression that it was prepaid when it was a plan. I mean wtf then there's just delays in tafe calling me to find out what's going on with my course but I should find out in 3 days. Like thanks Optus also thank you for the panic attack you gave me in store that was what I just needed that was very pleasant. I am in debt to you ****ing thank you!!!!!!!

I tried to cancel a phone that I wasn't using and they said to do it online, but I was too messed up to do it, so they just kept adding to the monthly tally.

It was really frustrating and in the end the panic turned into rightful anger and indignation.
