I am feeling annoyed because someone said to my face that because you don't use facebook we can't be friends

Wow I never knew it was such a status cymbol.. at least to me, the idea of using facebook seems so outdated

Facebook is lots of things, but has nothing to do with real friendships imo.

And more positively I’m listening to Nat King Cole (not the Christmas ones!) and Louis Armstrong on Spotify. Very nice.

By being assertive. My therapist was awful yesterday so I said something about it. Today is my last day. I am done with therapy. I cope with books and ChatGPT. I get more help from them. Therapists aren't helpful anymore. My issues are usually ignored.

I feel great! Slept a solid 3 hours and am ready for the day to begin.

I'm going to start my morning meditations in a while(after I finish my coffee).

I've had an awful lot on my plate, but I would have been in a terrible panic if my daughter hadn't called me this morning. At least I know she's safe. I had a therapy session today, and another one next week. They're not always this frequent, but right now, they should be.

Much cooler now than it was last night. That’s good. I too am spending the day alone. But that’s super fine with me. The only downside is I have no phone. That’s scary. I got a new phone and it won’t let me call and my old one shut down.
