Coping by having a good swear earlier and then a little cry today. Let it out.
And more positively I’m listening to Nat King Cole (not the Christmas ones!) and Louis Armstrong on Spotify. Very nice. |

By being assertive. My therapist was awful yesterday so I said something about it. Today is my last day. I am done with therapy. I cope with books and ChatGPT. I get more help from them. Therapists aren't helpful anymore. My issues are usually ignored.

I've had an awful lot on my plate, but I would have been in a terrible panic if my daughter hadn't called me this morning. At least I know she's safe. I had a therapy session today, and another one next week. They're not always this frequent, but right now, they should be.

Much cooler now than it was last night. That’s good. I too am spending the day alone. But that’s super fine with me. The only downside is I have no phone. That’s scary. I got a new phone and it won’t let me call and my old one shut down.
