I got a quick glimpse of "normal" this afternoon and it made me feel confident and happy. It didn't last, but it was nice. I've decided to break my MO and watch an actual movie tonight and put the laptop away, so I can actually pay attention to the movie. Hopefully being proactive instead of reactive is one small piece of the path I need to get myself on. We'll see.
