I’m going to spend my morning cleaning time at work cleaning the bathroom in the back of the building so my boss and customers won’t have access to me until we open.

Sewing. I have to improvise my space for it, but I have the house to myself today, so I have more space/surfaces for it. It’s going well enough so far. Always a little nerve wracking/exciting cutting into a piece of vintage fabric!

I read a bunch of magazines on the Libby app when work was slow, but then it stopped working, so I picked at the skin around my nails unfortunately.

Coped well today. Noticeably better than usual and I put that down to going on long hike yesterday which was pretty special because I found all these other trails.

I haven't been coping well. I get frustrated and exhausted and then cry for a while. And then I try to do what I was hoping to do. It's difficult and upsetting.

I also hate the fact that my latest adition to my collection is a book called " that's not my monster"
someone purchased it for me and apart from not really nowing that persn too well, (or indeed liking them much), I'm not two so. |

my calming presence is really strong today.
this is great, because it's making me feel relaxed unfortunately, seeing as my day will consist of staring at four walls and feeling ugly, it probably won't last |
