So far I've been doing good today, I'm glad & happy to say. And I'm so glad my cell phone is working so I can be here with you guys.

I mixed benzos. I took a valium at 8:30, one at noon, and then an ativan at 2 something

but I feel so calm right now despite some pretty scary health anxiety I have going on right now.

It’s a pretty strong drug which can be addictive as I understand it, so that might be why they are reluctant to prescribe. A friend took years to taper off it and finally off it now but had horrendous withdrawal effects.
