A very restful day today with the new Tara Brach video being a highlight (Hope part 2). I have leftovers from yesterday so don't even need to cook this evening. So nice to rest all day, I'm grateful!

It's still early but I slept okay, pain levels are minimal and temperature is set to soar to a wopping 7⁰C (44.6⁰F) woohoo let's goooo!

I had some useful realisations yesterday. Today I've been out shopping on my bike and my walking was good, pain is low, got everything I needed and still feeling okay :-D
