I had some useful realisations yesterday. Today I've been out shopping on my bike and my walking was good, pain is low, got everything I needed and still feeling okay :-D

For the blessings God has given me. I have my own place, (so grateful), my own car, a good job and friends and family. My life is full, and couldn't be better.
