I had a rough time in life and lost some friends that were dear to me.

But I'm moving on. I'm getting going again. On my own and having learned something.

I want to give thanks to the challenges I had because they made me rethink and reorganize my life. It's a bit scary sometimes, but moving in a better direction feels good.

It's going a bit slower than I would wish, maybe the next thing to learn is to take it one step at a time.

So I'm thankful for our human ability to learn that we have.

And for having found this forum today. Being able to witness and share. That's a good thing. And I can even afford it because it's free.

I give thanks for having an affordable apartment that lets me have an affordable car. Both these things let me impulsively go out to get a Pizza Hut melt for lunch. They don’t deliver unless your order is more than x. So I’m also very thankful for SSDI which allow for the whole thing. If this wasn’t started in 1956 I’d either be dead or living with my sister as a poor relation, or in a state hospital. So I’m very thankful for SSDI.

Today I'm thankful that a thread like this was created here - thank you Azul Oscuro! (Fuzzy, I liked your thread too, btw!)

I'm thankful I have a place to live and shelter - we have an unusual tornado watch today.

I'm grateful there are some things in my life I can control.

I'm grateful I had the experience of traveling, recently. I was on a total of 7 airplanes. And I was ok! The view of the land from above, btw, was chefs kiss ❤️

You’re so truth. I still remember that beautiful coast when arriving to Ireland, Oh… Or Mountain Ávila arriving to Caracas, Venezuela.

I can’t believe that I haven’t still written about my two pieces of Heaven. I thank each day for having them.
My doggies Miky and Perla. They are so nice, fun, good companion…I have no words to explain how important they are for me.

I’m thankful for the pets in general. Thanks for the existence of each pet. They are so valuable and innocent. They give do much to people. they are all heart.

Those places you went to sound beautiful. Yeah it's definitely a majestic view and a feeling of wonder to look down from the plane!
