I'm having a bad day today. That is an understatement. I try to be a decent person (and I think mostly I succeed) but something has happened somewhere else which has really hurt me, confused me, and unsettled me. I already have trust issues, and what has happened has made me even more confused by (most) people and untrusting of them

I'm worried about a friend (from somewhere else) and I feel shut down and misunderstood (somewhere else)

I appreciate the good people here who support without judgment. That is what I try to do too.

Many people (elsewhere) confuse me
