I sometimes feel demotivated especially while cleaning and feel the need to call my national (i live in Europe) support line, but feel very embarassed
I would hate to admit, even to a stranger, that i am in this state
Possible trigger:

Lately i have been struggling with house cleaning, i wish to find someone to talk to motivate me but I had no one (my fault if ended up in this state)

I really need to clean even if I wished
Possible trigger:

Sorry for the pointless rant

Wish a good day to everyone

I used to know someone who worked for my local support line, and it was always awkward when I called, because A I didn't want to get her and for her to know my problems, or if I got someone else and they shared the information with her. they always said they didn't share information, but the few times I called them, they were useless. I think I felt worse after the call than I did before.

I don't know if she still works there, but I've not used them in an age. last time I called, they informed me they'd deleted me from their records, so..

To me is a respectable and helpful work, here it is handled by volunteers -i doubt they have any income for that- and they are always kind, still i feel like a loser to be a grown woman and call them while my mother is in a bed just becase i was a total *****le when younger

By the way, thank you Emily for sharing

You’re not a loser. Hopefully there is more than one support line you can call. We have a few options here in Australia, so if you’re not comfortable with the one there is another for you to reach out to.
