I woke up sad as usual but i ended up putting on a sad movie to watch so i didn’t feel like crying for nothing. It was cathartic but not nearly enough
I haven’t watched this movie in a very very long time, i remember the first time i watched it as a teenager and it didn’t affect me nearly as much as it does now. It made me miss being a kid and having a movie or book be just that. I would like to watch another movie from my childhood but even the happier ones seem to affect me differently |

Yes, movies, music and such can be quite cathartic... especially those from certain era of our lives.
