I'm facing opening up a business with a friend. It's technical and I'm the tech person. I've been inundated with huge anxiety over this. I love what I do, but I hate it as well, as it's hugely intimidating.
All I can think of is the massive amount of work involved, and my friend is contributing relatively little compared to me. I expected this. This isn't about comparison, but the amount of work and possible errors in doing this work. Anybody have any ideas how I can manage this? |

Your business partner definitely need to be more responsible, otherwise search for another partner

I should have been clearer. He is the partner in the business industry, so he is needed. I had a talk with him last night and things are good. I've come down with a cold and am taking care of that. Perhaps that's what brought on this wave of anxiety. It was overwhelming.
Thank you. |
