I have had to sit in the recliner all day with a weighted blanket on my legs. I can barely walk

Sometimes our art projects don't work out, and that's okay! There's always tomorrow. As for myself, I had planned to work on a drawing commission today, but I never got around to it. Maybe it was the pressure? I'm a little disappointed in myself, so my coping has not been the best today. I'm hoping I'll be out of this funk tomorrow.
I do want to congratulate you on your cleaning! Even if it's minimal, it's still something. Now that spot is cleaned up and you don't have to worry about it anymore. From one stranger to another, I'm proud of your progress today. |

Weird old morning at work and a bit stressful but I managed to keep calm and carry on, I couldn’t affect the outcome much anyhow just had to make the best of it.

so far its ok I guess, just kinda blah. and it doesn't help that im in quiet a bit of pain and i am trying to figure this fourm out. I am more used to the old yahoo chat rooms, like where you were in a big group message but you IM other people in the room

Really up and down with my emotions. I feel like I am backsliding a bit in my financial goals. Just feeling a bit overwhelmed with it and just want to lay down at this point.

Took a preventive advil for the twinge in my nerves that is sometimes a precursor to pain. It happens rarely these days thank goodness and it usually happens when things are super stressful, which is weird because I feel okay. My boss is gone this week though—maybe I’m in denial?

My sister quit talking to me this week cause I wouldn't go in-patient. Instead, I saw my doc and got a med adjustment. I'm doing better. She has ghosted me. I'm coping by saying that I'm glad I don't have that ball of anger and hate in my life anymore.

I was sewing snaps onto doll clothes this afternoon at work when it was slow and it was amazingly calming to me.

Got up had a glass of chai and caught up on here, got dressed and texted my sister and my daughter. Watched the price is right, had lunch. Read a bit. Changed for the author talk, and went out for that. Came home checked email and did my daily color app on my phone. Then made the salad for tomorrow. Now watching me tv toons and reading. Plan on going to bed early tonight to hopefully get a better nights sleep than last night.

 I watched  some YouTube videos hoping that  I will be okay with the anniversary  of my dad passing away.

Really calmer than I have been. I need to get out more and be with people. Really good church service and now here at the parents house. All good in the world : )

Today has been kind of rough I had an infusion this morning And then my husband decided he needed the car But The address in the GPS To his work It's not his work, it's the old place we used to live so I get lost going to pick him up and he's impatient and calling me which makes me really nervous so I was pretty upset when I got home I'm doing better now though
