i call it my lessness because i feel worthless, lifeless, pointless, hopelessness! but the biggest one is BREATHLESS. i have copd(lung problems inherited, other self inflicted) anyways since we moved to Colorado i have had trouble with my o2. so im on o2 at night but lately i've been needing it during the day too, its pretty scary.
my mom also had copd and before she died her o2 would drop down in the 70s. Well as soon as they told me that i had it i have told my husband, and anyone else that will listen, that i WILL NOT get as bad as she wasi dont have her strength or reasons for living.

Hi there @anxiety sux - sorry you have COPD. My sister has that and uses inhalers with medicine to open her airways but she still suffers.

Being in Colorado you are at an altitude where air is thinner. That must be difficult to breathe there.
