the person that i am dependent on left the country and wont be back until two weeks. i keep freaking out and cant help it. i dont know what to do. i feel so weak and horrible. what do i do? i feel so horrible and weak and like a idiot because i cant handle having her gone. i dont know what to do i feel horrible.

i feel really bad because yesterday i just freaked out completely and lost it i dont know why i wish i wasnt this way at all
