hows things look practically in your life about this stuff right now?

the best advice i've heard so far is becoming dependent on God, transferring all that into your relationship with Him. i know thats my personal belief and don't put that on anyone.

also, i think building other friendships helps with dependency, and boundaries with the person we are dependent on. maybe hearing more about the specific situation will help! sorry if that was all rambles.

Hi Salus,
Mindfulness has helped me. Anything mindful. Goggle it. Look at DBT, MBSR, and how it works.
Good Luck...Keep on trying stuff on until you find the fit..It's there for you!
