How do you overcome the fear of being left alone after family members die and feel you are incapable of living life without them. This hasn't happened yet but you ruminate on when it does happen and feel you won't be able to cope at all.

No one can know how they will react when they lose a loved one. There is no way to know. So it is important to make sure you let that person know how much you love them and spend time with them. And try not to spend too much time lamenting over something you can't change. It just becomes time lost.
