Hi - Im not sure about this, but does anyone think that the mind is open to negative energy. Ive really struggled with this, and cant talk about it anymore as people would think Im a weirdo. I think my mind isnt mine, I think when I had fear I went into shutdown mode to survive and was walking around trance like and I think vunerable to negative energy? Does anyone knows about this? Sorry to post it on this but in this world it seems everyone has their own agenda about what to say and what it is, but I think that there are some good people around.

Mala, Yes I do think that we can be affected by negative energy. We can also really learn to help ourselves by focusing on positive activities including what we watch on television, reading material, and friends/family. By becoming self aware then we are able to gauge what activities and people add energy to us. Take care.
