Hi Im needing help coz ive been to soooo many doctors and they keep saying the same thing coz they read it in my folder, that my first doctor diagnosed me with anxiety, social anxiety, depression... I told my doctor than that's not whats wrong with me but she persisted to prescribe me with anti depressants. As now does every other doctor I see. I actually think im substance dependant, and narcissistic. I hate being around people, society. So what im wondering is what would be the best way for me to find out a proper diagnosis.

go to a different dr that doesnt have access to your file. start fresh with someone else. whenever i have started with a new doc, they only have the info i have given them. they never requested my records from past docs.
