As I learn more about myself, the hatred grows. I cannot be fixed, only taught to cope, which after 12 years in treatment is not going well. I hate that I am so weak and useless. What a waste of space.

It's not you fault Supanova. Sometimes we can try our hardest and nothing happens. You have a MH problems, as we all do here. There are some things that are just beyond our control. Can you accept that diagnosis?

Hello Supanova: I'm sorry you are feeling weak and useless. I know that, in my own case, there are things in my past that can never be fixed... never made right... things others did to me... things I, in turn, did to others. They weigh me down. No therapy can help. Things just are what they are & I must try to accept them. I send warm thoughts your way with the hope that you might find self-acceptance as well...

I know how it feels to be so hard on yourself and struggle so much especially in relationships but there are good moments and good things about us. I think my therapist is trying to teach me how to find the good in myself and in others. It is never just all one way or another.
