Anyone have any ideas of how to break out of the need to always be connected to someone? I need the closeness and connection, I'm always feeling lonely otherwise. What ends up happening however is that I suck up from people's energy and drain them. No one can be here for me 24/7. No one can be there all the time all the way. But I just need someone!

I'm sorry I don't think I would have any useful suggestions to offer you. Hopefully there will be other members, here on PC, who will have some suggestions.
