Same. Nothing like getting outside in the sunshine.

More sun, longer days are a welcome respite from the dreary days of winter.

Well, at least a lot of people are in much better moods thanks to the weather.
Maybe I'm the odd one out. The winter weather makes me feel much better; and not as agitated. Plus, I don't break out in red, itchy bumps, haha.

It's very normal. S.A.D. always worsens my depression, and my moments of highest risk are often at the end of a long winter. (Since I live in Alaska, this is not good. I'm moving asap.) That sun is very important to our health. I can't wait 'til summer comes!!! It's already starting to get lighter and I'm so excited!!

Estrella - My boyfriend is from very hot climates, and he enjoys winter better too. So you're not totally alone. But I guess 20-60 degrees is much healthier for people than 90-110 with intense humidity. And it makes a lot of sense if you have summer allergies that you'd be less irritable during winter, so I totally believe ya.
