Hi friends, I suffered from depression for 6 years and it was very difficult to remain normal each day. When my situation worsened, I got to know about a yoga called Brahmari. My condition improved a lot after that. So, I decided to pen down my experiences. May be you can also do Brahmari Yoga and heal yourself.

I'm glad you shared your success with us. It is encouraging to hear.
Of course, as you can tell by my signature I'm on lots of meds, and they finally seem to be working, for which I'm thankful. I'm going to check into that type of yoga after all it can't hurt. __________________ Bipolar I, Depression, GAD Meds: Zoloft, Zyprexa, Ritalin "Each morning we are born again. Please do that Yoga... I was on the verge of ending my life that day when a friend of mine told me about that. And believe me, it has worked wonders for me. I,no longer, have crying spells that I had from 5-6 years. Practice initailly only for 5 minutes. Then slowly increase it to 15 minutes. Medications do help, but they stop having effect after a time. Anyways, may you recover soon. Hugs and loads of affection... |

Yoga was so helpful for me too. I'm going twice a week and trying to see if I can afford three times a week. I was really skeptical, but now I'm a convert
