I'm proud of myself for these

first off, I wrote in my journal for three days straight, and I usually forget I have it. it feels good to give it some love

second one is that I survived mothers day

the emotions (and the abusive memories) hit me hard yesterday, so to be here on the other side and being able to write I'm here, I survived it, it means a lot
