I've been feeling depressed. I have been really stressed out which I know makes my depression worse. I have all these life changes coming up and it is really stressful. I should be happy about (most of) the changes, but I just can't seem to get there. I hate feeling this way. Sometimes I wonder if I'm ever going to feel better.

googley,
I can relate to what you have shared...
sometimes we do get stressed to the point that we feel drained, jme.

I hope you feel better soon,
Catherine
