I agree too, depression suck big time. But like floating said, it's always easier when you have such an awesome support group!

Hi notz,
You sure have that one right . Lets start a thread about things that suck and depression is on the top of the list like David Letterman's Top Tent List (of things that suck)  One day when i was talking with my daughter about being bored, depressed, she said, why don't you go look at the puppies at the city dog shelters? At the time I thought that advise sucked, but I get where she is coming from when I'm not falling into that sucky hole  .Did you read the PC newletter about 5 things to do for yorself to keep from a depression relapse? I just got my e-mail notice today...it gives a 'plan of action'. I'm sorry hope you are feeling better soon. If there is anything you want to talk about, just IM me and we can have a nice chat if you like.

It sure does suck!
Those who've suffered recurrent, intense phases, and medication resistant major depression certainly understand exactly how deeply it affects one's life. It does help to know that there are others who understand how you're feeling. I'm right there with you ~ miserable....but comforted to know that I'm not alone. I hope thoughts like those give you some comfort. Shez
