i know depression suxs and at times we feel alone an like we cant go on (like i do now) but always remember there is someone out there willing to TRY and help u through this rough patch we just need to ask for that help sometimes.everyone please keep strong, if i could i would take it away from u all and give it to me just so u can all be happy and have no worries in the world. please know im thinking of u all. stay strong everyone an know if u think noone cares I CARE!!!!

Thanks, teary me. I have been having a horrible time lately. Seeing your message gives me some hope.
And it made me realize that I can't just sit and be angry with my T and the world. I do have to communicate in order to change my situation.
