If you keep going, keep doing the best you can at any given moment, don't give up on yourself or your mental health, that minute of peace will grow to 5 minutes, then 15, then a half hour, an hour, a half day, then... a whole day! It'll take time, there will be set backs, but generally and in the big picture, you will get better. That will help you feel better, feel peace.

Doesn't make me feel better, no meaning to me for sure.
Can't stop you from praying and blessing me,
and if that makes you feel better feel free.
But keep it to yourself please, don't tell me.
And let's all respect each other's feelings.
With kindness, support and "sweet dreamings."
Thanks for this!

We understand. Know you are not alone and that we are here for you and listening. Please take care of you and remember to breath. We are thinking of you and sending you gentle hugs and good thoughts. We do hope this day goes better for you. Just take one minute--one second at a time if you have to. We do care.

My head hurts as this kind of thing the Roller Coaster.

But it's not a fun ride. Just can't wait so I can get off -
At least for a minute to get my head back on....

Ready for the next ride... Such is my way.

Hugs to you

Peace. The ferris wheel is the ride I would prefer. Goes high, goes low, but it goes peaceful and slow.
