I was so angry that broke my cell phone in two!!!!
What has come over me? I don't know... it's like I get these "episodes" of just uncontrollable rage

I am so sorry you were so angry you broke your phone. Could you get it replaced, do you have phone insurance? I hope you can get another phone quickly so you can contact all the important people in your life.

often i get those 'episodes' coming out of nowhere or some random trigger causing it. angry is like my middle name, i get angry too much, what makes me weird is that i get angry alone very often, i've broke over 5 cellphones, all because im angry at something, at my depressed problem precisely. i sometimes think that i need some kinda anger management to reduce my anger problem, to be able not to get too easily pissed at something. not just once i think about killing someone when im angry

i did exactly the same thing a few months ago... i just got so angry that i threw it at a wall :| im the kinda person that hates to take it out on other people, so i normally just bottle it up or take it out on myself.

look at it this way; a phone can be replaced if needed and its not entirely necessary. its a bummer but urm.... *thinking of a positive spin.....*
at least you have an excuse to get a new one without feeling guilty for spending money on it?
