I've been out of my effexor for four days now and I'm on the verge of tears just watching t.v. I'm hallucinating again though i'm not sure that's related to not having the effexor. i sure hope it is but i just don't know. i'm at work and i just want to find a corner to cry in. i wish so badly there was somebody online to chat with right now

We are here and listening. Sorry you are feeling so bad. Is there any way of getting your meds? Being off your medication like that can cause different things. It can cause you to feel so overwhelmed that you do want to cry.

It is okay to cry if you need to. I know it is kinda hard at work but you are not a bad person for the way you are feeling. I can understanad those feelings and wanting to find a corner to cry in. Please know you are not alone and that we do care.

I know I am not there in person but I am sending you a gentle hug if that is okay. Sometimes just getting it out there what you are feeling helps. Remember to breath and take one moment at a time. I know I say that alot but I have found that in taking one moment at a time---it is much more managable than trying to figure everything out at once.

Please keep reaching and let us know how you are doing. I hope you can get back on your meds really soon. That will help. If you need to please feel free to pm me. Know that I do care and am listening to what you are saying.
