How do you know you are suffering from depression? Who has told you this? Before you tell him maybe you should go to your local doctor to make sure you have depression and not something else that could be causing your depressed feelings. Hugs for your day..

Sorry my mind is running a blank here, If I can think of an answer I will get back to you. Depression (with me anyway) has been a hard thing for people to understand around me. Not sure why but they seem to take depression as a self inflicted illness which it is not. That is why PC is so great to come to as people here do understand. Hugs for your day.

i find the best way with people is to just be honest. the more you think about it the harder it gets to talk about it. just tell him that you don't feel like yourself and would like him to come and see your doctor with you.

otherwise, maybe go alone? I know it's hard but yiou might be able to be more open about it
