I know who I am, I know who we are.

We are fighters of mental illness. We are a great team who has one goal, to beat our illnesses. We all found PC because we are fighters. We post threads, ask questions, answer questions, send hugs, help each other, give advice, share our experiences, read what others have to say, give compliments and support others. This is who we are, this is who I am, I am a fighter of mental illness. I want to beat depression sooooooooo bad. And I thank you - my PC team for all your help - be proud of yourselves for being on our team and fighting back. Thank you so much. Hugs to everyone.
Thanks for this!

We are here for you always. We are here to give support and caring to one another as we walk this path to recovery. Depression is strong---but friends are stronger and with time we will beat it. It lies to us and we do not have to listen to it. Hang in there my friend. We care. Sending you gentle hugs and loving thoughts.

Thank you Alaskan, you always know how to put things in perspective.

than an "I'll say a prayer" or a "god bless you."
Doesn't make me feel better, no meaning to me for sure.
Can't stop you from praying and blessing me,
and if that makes you feel better feel free.
But keep it to yourself please, don't tell me.
And let's all respect each other's feelings.
With kindness, support and "sweet dreamings."
