Personal Opinion: Navigating a breakup and its aftermath is one of the hardest things in life.

I'm sorry. What you're going through is genuine trauma. Feel your feelings, but try to resist the temptation to belittle yourself and your reactions as “silly.”

Relationships are not my thing. All I feel confident saying is that I affirm you, your worth, your potential in life and love. Keep posting.
