I give up. I can't stand the sadness. I'm just giving in. The depression is really in control today. I keep crying for no reason. I think that there are people out to get me. My stomach is upset. I have no clue how to "shake" this. It hurts to just be. I have no idea why this is bugging me. I am taking perscription meds. They have been working until now. I feel like i just got hit with this.

I feel that the depression is getting worse. I don't know how to cope.

kathie, hi and welcome! i'm sorry that today is such a hard day for you. did something happen to bring this on so suddenly? if i didn't feel better in a few days, i would go and talk to dr. meds may need to be adjusted? until then, hang tight. we're here with you in thought.
what has helped you in the past to shake it somewhat? anything? be safe, kd __________________

It does get better, it just takes time you have many friends here

Well other than being kidnapped by my boyfriend and being severly abused my life has pretty much settled until then. (oct-jan).
My kids were supposed to come today and when I called my ex he sais that he was having car trouble. No big deal he will come next weekend. |

I am sorry your having a bad day today. I know you miss your kids and I'm sure it didnt help when you didnt see them today. As everyone said above, we are here for you and please post as often as needed. Also, Kimmy had a good point, sometimes med's need adjusting. I too think it's a good idea to call the Doc in a few days if things are not better. I hope you sleep well tonight and wake up to a brand new beautiful day. SAFE HUGS.. If ya want them.
