first full 8 hour shift of work in over a year and last night i was seriously thinking of the horrible "s" option in life.... called 1-800-suicide. They really do help.... for the time being.

work!! im so nervous!

It's nice to hear that they were helpful. What did they say or do that helped you? I hope things get easier for you as you adjust to being back at work.

I'm glad you made that call. It takes a lot of guts to do it. I hope you continue to seek the support you need as you adjust

Great job in calling to talk with someone willing to listen and be there for you!
