You've helped a lot of people and everyone is here for you too. You helped me, as well as a few others I use to talk to years ago. I doubt you remember me, but I use to post on here as "AmericanAngel" and then "angelindespair" I had forgotten my usernames and made this one, and I'm having the other 2 accounts delete. Great Bear, Dear Bear, self-loathing won't respond to logic or threats (at least mine won't). Your spirit seeks shelter from blows coming from inside you, and maybe from outside as well. Know your friends here value you greatly and stand invisible guard at your cave. May you draw some measure of strength and hope from that.

It makes me sad that you believe all these things about yourself. Tell them they have overstayed their welcome and you are evicting them for better tenants. I will make a sign for you. WANTED: New tenants for FuzzyBear's brain MUST: Love FuzzyBear  Be positive. Pay Rent in full by reminding FuzzyBear of how wonderful she is every day. Only loud positive parties allowed.  Keep negative influences out.  Must remind FuzzyBear that others care. All others need not apply! If you want we can screen for you. As I'm sure there are a lot of positive thoughts out there that would just jump for joy to live in your head. Make sure to post the sign all around. If needed have these new positive thought just kick out those old tenants out. Or we could make up another sign for an eviction party. I hope you feel better soon. We care so much about you.
