Thanks Trish and wants2! I have a battle inside (see Personality Place) as to what/how much (if anything
....) I share. I had a very bad therapy experience. The T was very judgemental and harsh and I internalised some of his "meanness"..... as I also internalised the trauma, deceit within relationships (my father was a liar and a bigamist) and rejection in my childhood I have a hard time feeling worthwhile enough to have friends in 3D.... and trusting people..... and lately especially I have been isolating a lot. My "persona" as a bear lets me hibernate all winter but now spring is here.A messed up, Bear

Well you know I have been here for you in the past..
I just do not have any words to say to my darling fuzzy wuzzy bear, today. cause her dragon is in a very very bad place right now also.. I want to fly away and never come down, or fall down and nver go up again
