I've reached the point where caffeine isn't helping me stay awake. That is not a good sign. It means this is all emotional exhaustion. Not a good sign! I've been here before. And it's only the end of October. I need sleep. But I've already slept so much today. ARGH!!!

I'm with you googley. Coffee does nothing for me anyone except give me a headache if I don't have enough. I can drink a cup and go right to sleep...It's an aweful feeling to lose a stimulant.

You may have to "detox" from it.

Not have caffeine at all for a week. Caffeine is addicting because your brain gets used to it ASSUMES caffeine is coming to it! Therefore if you're used to it you're going to need omre and more to get up... or even just stay awake. After not having caffeinne for a while it can help in MUCH smaller doses

Have you considered reducing the amount of caffeine that you drink or consume? My life is more balanced now that I do not drink or eat things that have caffeine in them. Maybe try this out for 2 weeks and see how you feel?
