Sorry to whine.
I just feel so in the pits right now. I have to go out now and see people, see my kids, see my friends, and I'm just flat and so upset and frustrated and it's ridiculous. I was having an alright week and now all this because some %&@! said something to me a day ago. What's wrong with me. I'm an idiot. And this triggers that and now I'm just a mess over something dumb. ![]() |

That person really hurt you. I'm not very good at moving past things, but maybe something symbolic will work. Writing a letter or saying out loud something in contradiction to what the person said, talking out your feelings about it to a friend. Maybe these things will help you move through it and move past it ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
