I feel stupid. All the time. I feel stupid because I can't drive, work, or even take my meds with out having a panic attack. I say I'll do things and then don't do them. And I say stupid things all the time. I listen to certain songs and I think I'm stupid for doing that. Nevermind this makes no sense

You aren’t stupid. You have a disorder. And it’s not your fault. It is something you are battling and that makes you brave, not stupid.
Don’t be so hard on yourself. Treat yourself like you treat your sons. You deserve loving care.
Wishing you peace and strength.

You're not stupid!! It's your illness telling you that. I'm sorry you're feeling so down on yourself right now, but whatever your illness is telling you isn't true. You are strong and brave and kind, and I know how hard you've been struggling. You didn't ask for this and it's not your fault. Please be gentle with yourself, you deserve it!

You are not stupid. You reached out for help when you were feeling overwhelmed. That is smart.
